Keystep have been given sole responsibility for maintaining all of the EPoS systems within the Queens Moathouse Hotel Group in the UK. QMH Ltd operate 18 hotels in the UK including 12 Holiday Inn, 3 Crown Plaza and 3 Best Western hotels.
Initially Keystep took on the hardware support and as system up time and user satisfaction improved it became clear Keystep were the obvious choice to take over the software support for their EPoS systems. The solution QMH has installed was supplied by Torex, who no longer provide support – Advantage Keystep!
