Support Contracts

Our support contracts range from Basic (9 till 5) to Full cover (24x7x365) and encompasses software and hardware support for everything to do with your door locking system, including repair and service of electronic and mechanical hotel key cards locks, front desk equipment, and back office servers and software.

Personalised Key Card Design

A brand is one of the most valued assets a hotel or accommodation establishment can posses.  Enhancing your brand identity with Key Cards printed to incorporate the hotel’s logo or image is an excellent way to build on a brand.  Cards can be pre-printed at a very low cost and offer a professional image when compared with standard white key cards.  Keystep have the facilities to design and print cards in-house to assure a fast turnaround and delivery.
